General Care

Handmade jewelry is made with a lot of love and care, but just like anything that gets daily use, jewelry is subject to some general wear and tear. To keep your pieces in tip top condition please keep these considerations in mind:

It is best to keep your jewelry away from salt water, chlorine, sauna, or any chemicals such as hairspray, perfume, oils, lotions, hand sanitizers, cleaning supplies, etc.

Please keep in mind it is best to remove jewelry when doing any activity that could cause damage such as sports, sleep, shower, pool, or a day at the beach.

Tarnishing is a naturally occurring oxidation process that happens to most metals, including silver and brass. To help prevent tarnishing, when jewelry is not in use, store in an airtight plastic bag.

How to your jewelry pieces clean & sparkingly!

If tarnish occurs on a brightly finished piece, use a dry jewelry polishing cloth and rub the jewelry until tarnish disappears. It is also recommended to regularly clean bright pieces with warm water, baking soda, and a toothbrush.

The more you wear your jewelry means it less likely to tarnish!
